Board Managers ClubThe Board Managers Club is a project of the Independent Directors Association, which was created with the goal of uniting specialists by providing a forum for discussion and to share experience in the field of corporate management. The Board Managers Club has been active since 2005.The Club meets each month, in various premises, including at member companies of the Club, with the goal of discussing topical issues in the field of corporate management. The Club brings together representatives of more than 70 major Russian companies.Attendees include vice presidents for corporate relations, directors of corporate management departments, corporate secretaries, board managers and directors of investor relations departments. The Club has held several large events and seminars in Moscow and London, with the involvement of foreign specialists from companies such as British Petroleum, the Institute of Directors (IoD, UK), Computershare, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA, UK). The Club plans to expand its activities, conducting various events both in Moscow and abroad.
