The Association of Independent Directors works to promote advanced concepts and best practices of corporate governance in the Russian Federation and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) by hosting over 15 annual events. The Directors Club meets seven times a year to discuss pressing issues of corporate governance.

The National Director of the Year Award is the year’s main event for the Association of Independent Directors. Award laureates and winners are selected by a board of experts over the course of an open competition and receive their awards in the presence of fellow Association members and partners at this celebrated award ceremony.

The Board Managers Club convenes five times a year. At the club meetings experts share experience in various aspects of company board work organization. On a regular basis the Association of Independent Directors sponsors numerous conferences, forums, summits, and round-tables devoted to the issues of corporate governance, board of directors work and the role of the independent director within a company.

The Independent Directors Association has held more than 20 events and partners with leading event providers.
