Corporate Directors InstituteThe Corporate Directors Institute is an educational project of the Independent Directors Association. The aim of the Corporate Directors Institute is to raise the level of professional knowledge and skills of attendees in the field of corporate management, and to help corporate directors be more effective in their work. The Corporate Directors Institute regularly conducts training programs in various formats: training sessions, seminars, round tables and master classes. Training programs of the Corporate Directors Institute are designed for business owners, board members, top managers, heads of corporate relations departments, corporate secretaries, and the shareholders of public and private companies with various types of ownership. The IDA Corporate Directors Institute is built on the extensive experience of conducting programs jointly with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD, USA), the Institute of Directors (IoD, UK), the project ‘Corporate Management in Russia' of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the the IDA’s Corporate Development Center. |
