The Independent Directors Association strives to relay across the territory of Russia information about best practices in corporate management, enhancing the management effectiveness, competitiveness, transparency and investment attractiveness of Russian companies.

The Association offers expert opinions on the role of independent directors on company boards, compensation for board members, on organizing boards’ activities, selecting members and assessing the performance of boards, on the international and Russian practice of corporate management, and on the influence of the quality of a company’s corporate management on that company’s attractiveness to investors.

The Independent Directors Association is ready to comment on these and related topics, as well as providing the opportunity for members of the IDA to express their own expert opinions on the pages of leading publications.
